Guidelines for Preparing Your Premasters

⚙️ Format:

• File type: WAV
• Sample rate: Match your original session.
• Bit depth: 32-bit (offers maximum headroom and no dithering concerns).

🎚️ Mix Prep:

• Master bus processing — If you’re absolutely confident about it, leave it on. If not, remove it or send one version with and another without.
• Don’t worry about the exact peak level. I’ll adjust it. Just make sure you’re not clipping.
• Leave plenty of silence at the end (so tailing sounds don’t get chopped).
• No fades — just tell me how you want them (or send a reference).

• Share reference tracks if you have a specific sound in mind.
• Double-check your files — listen start-to-finish before uploading!
